Please check the following first:
1. Whether you have used the 2.4GHz band wifi network(for dual band, please disable the 5GHz band).
2. Whether you have input the correct password.
3. Whether you have opened the DHCP mode.
4. Turn off your mobile data/cellular data.
5. Enable the location access function for the WS View app on your mobile device settings page.
6. Whether your router has any restriction on UDP broadcast function
7. If the Device List still shows blank, check whether your mobile device has been returned to your normal Wi-Fi network setting. If not, change it manually.
8. Exit the app and close all the applications in process, then reopen the WS View app and back to the Device List
9. Reset your router or reboot your phone.
10.Check whether there are special characters on your wifi network name.
