Author Chromebook Suddenly Stopped Being Recognized by Router

So, here’s the deal:Earlier today I decided to go on my Chromebook (exactly a Samsung - Plus 2-in-1 12.2") after not using it for, perhaps a week or so. But I ran into an issue of not being able to connect to the internet. The weird thing about it is that I’m only running into this issue with this device, and not on any of my other devices such as my Windows desktop, iPad, phones, or even my Xbox. Although I’m not that crazy high-tech when it comes to networking, I had noticed that when I went into my router’s settings, my router read the computer as a weird string of a bunch of random numbers and letters, rather than having a normal name like my "Xbox One" or my "DESKTOP-T9N...", and when I switch from the standard 2.4 GHz to the 5.0 GHz, it changes the random string. I went into the settings of the device and actually gave it a name and tried giving it a DHCP reservation as well as media prioritization, still nothing. When I try to go into the router’s settings via the chromebook, it tells me that I have connection to it, even though the chromebook still gives me the "This site can’t be reached" whenever I try googling something or going onto any site. The router I have is a Linksys EA7500. I’ve already tried resetting the router, as well as the chromebook, yet still nothing so far. Please let me know what else I should try doing.
